Oh I'm naturally positive and know that life has rough and smooth sides.. so I just go with the flow and know that it will pass and better times will come..

I don't believe in always staying positive. There are good and bad days and times and people.. Tho I believe in looking on the bright side.. Sometimes it's just not there. I don't force myself to be happy all the time.. I make allowance for sadness.

I always try to search for something to hold on to.. when I can't find one, I let myself breakdown for awhile, dwell with my negativity and then come back up again

I just remind myself that it won't always be this difficult. Things change.

Remind myself that it will pass.

Choose to.
Look for the good.

In the right time, give myself time to grieve and then move on. The key is moving on. There is always good that comes out of bad. That does not fix the bad or make the bad ok. But there is always good to be found.

Sometimes I can't. Luckily for those around me I try to hide it. Walking or running outside is what helps me the most.

Whenever life seems bleak, I tend to recall a phrase that states, "And this, too, shall pass."

Just by remembering things will always get better eventually.
