I Need Someone to Talk to

I need someone to talk to, but also want someone to talk to.

I'm pretty scatter-brained right now. I honestly don't even know how to word this. I've been through so much in life, and feel so fortunate to have come out the other side, that I feel extremely lucky, and a little guilty. I want to spill everything given to me back out to others, and this makes it really hard to ask for help.

Every time I ask for help, that's energy I'm not spending on restoring someone else, and that feels selfish. But sometimes this is true: Sometimes, I need someone to talk to.
