I Need Advice

I'm thinking of calling Immigration/ICE on my mom's boyfriend but idk what steps to take. I didnt graduate college to come back home to him being verbally abusive. He doesn't live here but he acts like it. My mom works with him since he helps her. But he's an asshole that takes advantage of her financially and also owes child support that he's running away from since he left his wife for my mom. Even though he's Hispanic he's racist as hell and thinks he's from here when he has no papers.

I'm all for immigration just not for assholes like him. What do you think I should do? I've never called immigration before so it's like what do I do?
