I need cooking advice please [I Need Advice]

I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I'm trying to train myself to meal prep more often and eat out less and its starting to become a bad habit again. Problem is I'm a terrible cook and I don't have much time between work and sleep.

I'm just looking for stupid simple meal ideas like meatloaf or stir fry or whatever, can ya help a guy out?

One of my favorite simple recipes is egg soft tacos for breakfast or for lunch. You can use corn or wheat tortillas. Make a couple scrambled eggs & when they are cooked add some cheese and take off the burner and cover. While the cheese is melting heat up the tortillas. Put eggs on the tortillas, add salsa *I like shredded onions and Ranch dressing with the salsa but put whatever you like on it*. this is one of the cheapest, easiest, tastiest and quick meals you can make and you can make them a lot cheaper than what breakfast burritos cost. If you want breakfast burritos cook some sausage and add to it. Also beef or chicken fajitas are another quick and simple meal to make.

@JestAJester You can bread it and fry it. I like to use coriander spice with salt and pepper in the flour to coat it with. Coriander is the seeds from the cilantro plant and it adds a wonderful lemony flavor to the fish. You can also bake it with coriander spice, salt, pepper and a bit of ginger, & olive oil. Really good that way. If you don’t have coriander to bake it then use lemon juice instead.
