does the processor for a computer make the webpages load fast? [I Need Advice]

No, as mentioned already service provider and then router/network cards.

Different download speeds on router and network carts. Some have WiFi at 400 mbs others 5k. New standard coming out soon at 6 k.

Then there's direct wire routers and network cards. Also can have different speeds although a lot faster than WiFi.

@razuy it's how you hook up to the service provider. Unless you are still by some weird chance using a dial up modem that is.

If so dump the ISP/modem and get a real service provider!

@razuy then you have both a router and Network card. The router they provide probably is low grade. The network card in your computer also has to run at the top speed of the router. Both make a huge difference.

@razuy doesn't tell me anything about it's capabilities. Really should look up that models manual on the internet if you don't already have a manual on it also the manual on your network card in your computer.
