I dont like to pass judgment when i know nothing about them, so i wont. But i will advise you do NOT co sign for them.
Ive had issues with my family in the past (wish my EP stories were still around)
All i can say is put yourself first and try to gradually change the way you think (as in stop worrying what others think about you)

Depending upon the laws of your jurisdiction and how long the sibling has been staying with you, she may or may not have any legal right to continue staying with you. If she doesn't, you can simply kick her out, assuming she is an adult.

If she may have some right to be there, due to the length of time she has lived there, you could always offend her out. Start by ignoring her and behave in your own apartment exactly as you would if she wasn't there. Be naked, rent a pet <whatever animal she is most afraid of>, play music she doesn't like, watch scary movies (or whatever) she doesn't like, If she is racist, get a friend of whatever race she hates the most and pretend to date him/her. Rent/borrow the noisiest musical instrument you don't know how to play, and practice when she needs to sleep. In short, turn your own sanctuary into her living hell. She will move.

Of course, if she is not an adult, consult a lawyer.

You are allowed to have your peace regardless! If they don't want to respect that you have absolutely no reason to feel guilty

Grow a hard heart....Its enough for you to take care of yourself. Tell the sibling to take a flying leaping lizard SH--T.
If they arevthst bad I would move to another state.
