Mileage reimbursement versus Monthly Stipends for employees who drive their personal vehicle for company business.

It’s hard to know the answer without knowing whether your travel will be consistent or variable.

Companies have different rules about accountability - some do not require you to provide receipts on a stipend but you may have to with reimbursement.

If you have a choice, try it both ways. If you don’t have a lot of loose gas money laying around, weekly reimbursement might be best. That way you don’t have to wait a month to recoup your expenses.@skmokisses
