My brother and I have not spoken to each other ever since I came out to my family which was like three years ago and it’s really bothering me. I mean should I say something first or do I just wait ?

I would suggest saying something if it is bothering you. He will either accept you or reject you, but at least you will know and won't be wondering any more. The hard part is how to get in contact again and how to word your reintroduction.
