I'm waiting for the Valium to kick in. I've been angry all day, not necessarily about anything in particular (although I'm sure I could find something in particular), It's just generic anger. I had to take a Valium and talk out loud to myself to keep from hurting something inside myself. Other than that, I don't know what to do. I'm still churning, but really trying to get calm.
