I Need Advice

I am currently an emergency technician for a vet hospital. I moved for this job hoping that it would provide me with experience and doing overnights helps the bank account. The problem is I am away from my boyfriend and pets due to not having made the move yet, and also I am having anxiety and a hard time with many things about the job. I have an interview for another job this coming week, I think it is the right move to just change jobs. Im exhausted from not getting sleep, I cry before and after every shift, I just do not like some ways they do things, and it is very disorganized. I have also been blamed for things out of my control, and I am contantly being contacted on my days off over things that are not urgent.
The only thing I have gained from this job is a little more confidence in my tech skills: iv cath placed at 230am with no assistance.

Am I doing the right thing changing jobs so soon? Any techs with this experience please ler me know how you made the decision.

It's always best to have longer periods of service on a CV but staying when it makes you unhappy probably isn't right either. Think it through - could the same situation arise in the other job? Are you just anxious in new jobs? Most people find starting a new job, learning the ropes, fitting in with the culture etc hard at first. Make sure you've given it a fair chance. And some people just can't cope with shifts.

what you do is up to you. I used to work night jobs. And yes your sleep pattern is so off. Just take your time
