I Need Advice

There is this boy that has been messing with me since my freshman year. He has involved in drama, between me , him and two of my ex's. One of my ex's was spreading lies about me and i confronted him and told him to stop. Then he tried to get his sisters and stuff to beat me up . At that time my current bf didnt like that.
And the boy that has been messing with worked with that current bf and he was telling him everything that's been said.
And now the boy has been leaving comments under my picture telling me to text him.. And in my head im wondering has he completely lost his mind
