I Need Advice

I just don't know what to do anymore. I say I love my boyfriend but at the end of the day I think of breaking up with him. He treats me well but is needy and any time I mention breakup he has a meltdown. I always get frustrated with him and my moods change. Advice?

Move on, it is only going to get worse! He obviously does not really do it for you find someone that does!
