Its 2:30 Am in the morning here havent slept at all, please help any advice?

i did think u might not like milk. i do also suggest getting off EP. that just makes ur mind active, and surely cant sleep

I have been trying to sleep since 12 without touching my phone. When I got real tired and frustrated I picked up the phone and logged in here.
At least I can speak to people here.
I will try to fall asleep again soon.
