Those of you with chronic depression do you have bouts several days of non stop crying? About every 3-4 mos?

I actually had one of the first episodes of that earlier, that I've had in a long time.
I got too angry (IMO) at my dog and not only did I scare her, but I alienated her. I felt so bad, I teared up over it.

Awe little dog just give her cuddles so she knows it OK again.

We're good. We've done just that earlier, and then I got her a couple of pillows to be able to nap next to me instead of her usual sleeping place. I'm 'daddy' again.
