You really have not studied the case at all. The court is not finding her guilty. They identified procedural issues. Thank God you are not allowed to be close to anything important.

Are you able to read? The original trial jury found her guilty. Her subsequent appeal on preocedural grounds was a success. The Supreme court has now quashed that appeal and ordered a re-trial. I am fully aware of the legal issues...whereas you appear not to be.
