Already said no, and her lawyer said no.

Sounds guilty to me

To prove her innocence?

Have to remember this is being brought to you by the same folks who convicted their national seismic agency with involuntary manslaughter for mis-guessing an earthquake. I am not sure I would have a lot of faith in their legal system.
For those who say there is no treaty with Italy, there is, has been since 84

Some people don't have much faith in the American legal system. What about Rodney King? You can't take the American legal system to Italy....so why not send her back for a re-trial?

I think one of us have a misunderstanding. It was my impression that the supreme court was reviewing the case to A. Validate if it should have been held in the first place.
B. If so, then there would be a retrial which would include all information this time.

The Italian Supreme court has said there should be a re-trial . They could have recommended that the appeal was correct and there was no need for further action.

I have no idea how they run their stuff, I can only respond in light of what info I see on the news. And, I agree, with your comment, I just don't know. I have already gone out as far as I can to give an intelligent answer, anything after this point will be bullshit, I haven't read anymore.
