What are you doing today to create the life you desire?

The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they make the best of what they have. The world is full of possibilities. What are you doing today to create the life you desire?

I went to a parenting class. I've been on about 12 of them over the years and there's always something new to learn or an idea to make life easier or happier or ways to build better relationships with your children.

That's awesome! We never stop learning, even if the class is the same - a new teacher and new students always bring a new perspective. I love that you're excited about learning, that is a fantastic trait! :)

Putting love where ther was none. A smile, where there was a frown. And support where there was dispair. As the late John Lennon wrote..."In the end, the love you take is eaqual to the love you make".

When you love what you do, it never feels like work. Good on you for finding something you love and making a life from it!

Staying in and away from sexual temptation

That's a safe plan! Sometimes, our vices can catch us off guard and get the best of us. Staying in a safe place can help keep the mind focused.

I have resumed running and workout...

Good for you!! I miss running; I used to run 3-6 miles every few days before I started smoking again. :\ I've put the cigarettes back down, but now all that training and build up has to be re-done. Have you seen the Couch-to-5k running plan? That's what got me started: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

It feels amazing. When you heart rate goes up and you stop to catch your breath, endorphins are released in the body. And you feel active and strong for the whole day...

Serving God to the fullest :)

Excellent answer! Serving a higher power makes us feel worthy and satisfied spiritually. It also helps to keep us in line with our morals and values.

Well yeah, that's what God wants. And it's always better his way. He created everyone with that desire. Some people reach out and grab it, others, not so much.

fighting against the odds and working
rchkb · 41-45, M
Working makes us feel productive and human; there are few things better than after a long day where you feel like you got something done - be it finishing a job, moving towards a dream, or making a difference in someone's life. You keep fighting those odds!
