do you lose friends when you open up?

so I noticed I have this thing, which is when I open up to a friend, and tell them my problems, then it's the start of losing interest in them, and eventually losing the friendship .. anyone else like this?

Edit: I should've been more clear in my question ... In my case, once I open up, I'm the one who lose the interest, not them

sounded pretty clear to me it was u that lost interest. like I stated in my comment. im the same. it makes it hard and lonely.

It was clear through your answer that you did .. but noticed some of the answers where about the other way around so just wanted to make clear .. and yup it does make it hard and lonely a lot
