do you lose friends when you open up?

so I noticed I have this thing, which is when I open up to a friend, and tell them my problems, then it's the start of losing interest in them, and eventually losing the friendship .. anyone else like this?

Well, it would get stronger if it was a real relationship. I've never had this problem, so I can't say, but I think it wouldn't fall apart if it was true.
