There is no way to know for sure. And how do you know God on a personal basis? You can't. Maybe in a delusional mind, when you think you can talk to him. "Good morning God!" "Good morning Roger, how's life?". DELUSIONAL. You cannot know God on a personal basis, he doesn't personally acknowledge you, which is the only way an actual personal relationship can be attained.
