how do you cheer yourself up?

when sad
sometimeslonelytoo
I've made it a habit to keep my focus on things that I feel appreciative and grateful about, and I'm very, very busy, so don't even have time to feel sad often. Prevention is better than cure perhaps? During down times though I find "me time" useful. Quiet, alone in a bookstore or somewhere, a good meal I know I'll enjoy... or reading a book or seeing a film I can immerse myself in.

I let my sadness wean off naturally.

It has been a month, and its not weaning off, I am getting worried!

well, that depends on the source of the sadness. some sadnesses never goes away; they might be masked by sporadic moments of glee, but they're still deep inside us.
