I would argue that a lot of people question religion, and debate with religion, on all sides. But that doesn't mean they don't have every religion that they're not.
I'm not going to say that every religion respects the other. People have died because they refused to be converted to the "wrong" religion.
But sometimes questions and debates are taken the wrong way.
I don't know how much of this makes sense..

We're not in the medieval times any more, even if some extremists would like it to be otherwise. Respect should be the bare minimum required before any debate, any conversation, any question. When someone lacks it, it speaks volumes about that person.
