Would you ever let your parents pick out a partner for you?

Hell no. My parents once tried to make me date this 30 year old man because he had a lot of money and a successful job. Sigh.

I would not ever have anyone pick out a partner for me, simply because no one else can possibly know what I want or need in a partner more than I do.

They tried to all my life. One of the reasons that I have spoken to them in twenty years.
