Do people with BO realise how bad they smell ?

But I will tell you one good thing about BO, when the body leaves the odor goes with it. Unlike cigarette smoke which makes everyone in the near vicinity stink!

Yes the stench can be a hell of a lot worse than someone smoking !!!!
