Obama days ago called SOMEBODY ELSE (Republicans) stubborn. Will his chutzpah never cease to amaze?

Obama is the epitome of stubbornness! Prior to the election Obama said more than once that his policies were on the ballot. After he got clobbered in the election, with his party suffering historic defeats at all levels and all across the country, he talks like he suffered no repudiation and that he indeed has a mandate to get his way on things no matter what, the Constitution be damned.

There were no "historic" defeats. Look at history; this election was easily predictable. And yes, this Congress is verifiably, statistically the least productive body to sit in modern times. It's got nothing to do with the Constitution. Obama is well within his power as president - and eminently within his power as a concerned and able citizen - to take action to effect changes. I didn't hear anybody whining when GWB used more executive authority than Obama ever could in office.
