What about the loan do you suggest I get one.? How long do you think it would take to pay off.?

I really wouldn't know how that works. Sorry. I learned to weld on the job and before that I was a quality control in a weld shop. So I never went to school or got any loans. I believe student loans are handled right through the school itself. You should probably inquire with Tulsa about student loans. Wish I could be more help. Welding is a good field. Lot's of opportunities.
