Can I/Should I wear a bra?

I am a male with growing breasts. I do not know how long they will grow for, or how big they will grow. I often have a strong urge to squeeze them because they feel engorged, and it feels good to touch them. I want to know if I should wear a bra because A) They feel heavy sometimes and if they keep growing id imagine they'd get heavier and B) will wearing a bra reduce friction/ make it easier to ignore the urge to squeeze? Right now pretty much any touch to them just makes them feel more engorged (i like the feeling?) and makes me want to touch them more, and I can't do that in public, which is where I spend most of my life. Would wearing a bra satisfy those needs/do away with the urges? If so, what size bra should I wear? If not, how do I know when to get a bra?

Why don't n't you address the root cause of your problem, morbid obesity, rather than the symptom? Avoid meat, dairy and eggs. Eat fruit, vegetables, seeds and nuts.

Could the growth hormones in the meat that you eat be the cause of this glandular problem?

I doubt it

Isn't there anything that can be done to correct the problem? What does your doctor say?

Just try different ones to see what they feel like. If you want to minimized their appearance you might try a binder that transgenders wear. Or sports bras. Depends on the support you need and whether you want them to show or not.

Well, it'd be slightly unusual, but I doubt unheard of. Support and covering is what women use bras for, so, assuming you're seriously troubled by them, sure. Buy one that's comfortable and see if it helps.
