Would you sign a petition allowing teachers to carry weapons?

I saw this petition and felt it was a good idea. It would give teachers and school staff a line of defense against future attacks.

Why stop there? Why not make military training a requirment for teaching? Ot just make all public school into military schools?

There we go! Handgun tarining by age 5, rifle training by age 10 and full auto training by age 15...maybe some hand granade practice in there somewhere too. That otta prepare them for a career in the sciences ;-) lol

You make a very valid point. Let's take guns away from police officers, because ONE of them MIGHT "go crazy." Let's also neuter the USA military complex, for the same reason.
