It's your brain telling you that they're the one's for you and that if you love them something good will come out of that relationship. That's why it's always best to listen to your heart. If you're hurting, that's your heart telling you to leave them and move on. Listening to your brain makes stupid and will get you hurt, no matter what happens.

how is your heart telling you that you love him if it's hurting? Hurt is not a sign of love. If he's gonna hurt you then honey it's time to move. Don't waste your time on this one person keeping you from being happy when there are plenty of other guys out there that can show you why you deserve all the happiness in the world. It'll be okay i promise. Just think "This is only temporary, the pain will go away in time", nothing lasts forever, just let it go and move on. Take the easy way out.
