Should I be mad?
My boyfriend knows I hate the fact that he smokes. Yet he does it every time we Skype. He says he's cutting back and only smoking like two a day. So why does he have to do it in front of me?

Well if you make him happy I would think he quit smoking......thats my logic if someone that made me happy hated my smoke habbit id weight out the options of what makes me happier my cigarettes or the person id go for the person but dont expect him to change only he can make that decision

Yeah. And then I called him out on it and he's like "Oh sorry, I'll stop." Even though I doubt he will. He brings it up constantly even though he knows i hate it
