Help with my Galaxy S3?

When my phone gets to a certain percentages like say 30 and I try to use the camera it turns the phone off, that includes snapchat, instagram, skype, oovoo, and just the camera, also if i manage to take any pictures the look staticy Any Ideas? I have a hunch that power save mode but i have no clue

May need a factory reset. *that will wipe out everything so back up first. Mine is dying too, contract up on the 23rd... not that I'm counting the days.

I just got rid of my Galaxy S3. I have the book still. You might want to take it to your provider...

Camera always turns off when battery is low.

Add a response...Well today I was on a 58% battery and started using snapchat and it turned off, I turned it back on and it was at 0%

fix your battery setting like there must be a option to select battery percentage low so might be thats the problem i don't exactly know cuz i face the same problem with my note 4
