Do you worry a lot? If not, how do you stop yourself from worrying?

I worry a lot. It's a bad habit of mine. I know that it doesn't do any good and it's a big waste of time and energy, but I just can't seem to stop.I have a job interview tomorrow, and right now I'm really nervous about that. I'm afraid I'm going to say the wrong thing, or maybe my mind will go blank and I won't be able to think of anything to say at all. Any suggestions?

I actually took Prozac for about 22 years, but I finally, gradually weaned myself off it. I've been off it since January of last year. It may have helped me not get too upset about things, but I didn't like the side effects. It totally killed my sex drive, for one thing. And it also made me tired all the time. But I'm going to go on the assumption that you speak in jest and just laugh along with you.

No, actually I've been on Prozac for about 2 years and it's helped me immensely.

Oh, okay. Sorry to jump to conclusions. If it's working for you, then that's great. I personally needed to get off it. I suppose the same medication can affect different people differently.
