Make sure all your doors have draft excluders ans well as the windows. Use thick drapes to keep the heat in. Make sure the attic is well insulated ( a lot of heat is lost that way). As others have said close the doors, energy saving light bulbs, the drayer use a lot of electricity (in winter the house is heated so get a indoors drying rack , it takes a bit longer but works just as well) . Use layering when dressing ( more layers trap and retain body heat).
