Make sure all your doors have draft excluders ans well as the windows. Use thick drapes to keep the heat in. Make sure the attic is well insulated ( a lot of heat is lost that way). As others have said close the doors, energy saving light bulbs, the drayer use a lot of electricity (in winter the house is heated so get a indoors drying rack , it takes a bit longer but works just as well) . Use layering when dressing ( more layers trap and retain body heat).

I can close off the bedroom to isolate it and set the thermostat for the rest of the house way down to 61 overnight when I'm sleeping through it anyway. Use your electric heater for that one room.
The energy audit is a good idea and free. Put old towels or carpets where the door doesn't stop cold air, and consider covering some of the windows with plastic inside like an extra storm window.

unplug chargers and electric items not being used, even when off they still draw electricity. also when you leave the house turn down your thermostat by 10 ddegrees.

make sure all the windows are caulked and your doors have weather stripping. Insulated drapes over the windows help a lot, open them up if you get direct sunlight on warmer days.

Shop around, and use less.
Not many other options really.
Or - move closer to work, get a smaller car and get a smaller, better insulated home.

Easy, keep the heat at 63 at night. It is surprisingly comfortable and easy to get accustomed. Check the heat level on your hot water heater.

Could just live in a cave. No electricity, no gas, no EP. OK wait a minute that is going too far.

Shorter showers, turn off lights , TV & computers when not being used or watched, don't try to keep the temp higher than 72 degrees

Run a few extension cables into your next door neighbours and let them pay for you :-)
