Do other women feel guilty about "needing" lubrication?
I am 29 and this is the first time I have really NEEDED external lubrication. I feel sort of guilty and unfeminine for needing this.
Is that normal?

Did you know that pregnancy can cause vaginal dryness?
Also, time shortly after periods, use of tampons, vaginal douches, and of course lack of enough stimulation ( not being fully turned on ) they all can cause lack of enough lubrication in a young woman.
No woman should feel guilty about using external lube when needed. Some of them, such as "Liquid Silk", feel very, very good ;-p

yeah I didn't know that.
and yes, I know, not enough stimulation. but hubby isnt interested in that. He hates making me cum. I just wanted something so that the random time he DOES want sex, doesn't hurt like hell.

yes, more petting and pre stimulation with lubricant can help u, also, the same 4 him, to use lubricant on him, and milk/stimulate him with it also for u both to become more sexually ready.
