Change task to get a different atmosphere. You may have to do that twice. Go for a walk by the sea, or in a park. More difficult for a woman.

I run. That is always invigorating . Even though I don’t always want to. The changing countryside gives life.

Watching my herb garden. The colours, the smells, and the insects, bees and butterflies. They have life.

Working in a food bank. You don’t have time to be depressed.
