I feel dead inside!

Ok! So i haven't been doing well at all. And with growing age it sucks more. Toxic and manipulated work culture had broke me down. I was doing great but people didn't like it. Sucks that I work with girls and they have short time work and other privileges and I end up doing all the work. Recently i realised that they used me they are megalomaniac and snob. Since they started treating me very low. I am qualified and experienced but office politics kills you when you boss favours them more. I feel bit suicidal however i know that's wrong.

In hopes of having a relationship or physical stuff the bosses take burden away from women

u must understand young women get such favors almost everywhere compare to more hardworking elder women

if u r qualified with experience then i recommend finding a new job with better office atmosphere but dont quit till u get the new job unless u r financially secure somewhat

or at least take vacation to rest mind n body
