Starting Small...

Day 14: For two weeks I have been attempting to cut my smoking down from a whole pack of twenty to ten. I have succeeded for the most part, ten of thirteen days I stuck to my target of ten.

I have added a small workout to my daily routine which consists of push ups, sit ups, squats, star jumps and doing weights. Which I have done everyday since I started on day nine.

I have done more than I set as a target to do around the house each day since I started. I have been brushing my teeth every night except one.

I feel a little disappointed that I have failed three days with the smoking but overall I have improved and am hoping to cut it down to five when I can stick to the ten without even trying.

For the most part I am sticking to the targets I set myself and I want to make more but I need to be careful not to overwhelm myself.

That's great, I only take one-three snaus a day and have been doing it for quite a while now
