I had this crazy dream last night that life is all about energy change

I was given this example:

-we expend energy at work
-that earns us money (which stores that energy aslong as we believe in it)
-we buy food with that money, which contains energy
-which we eat then use that energy to work again

We do other things but this was the example I was given in the dream. I don't know who was talking to me but I like it.
