Does anyone know a good place where I can learn more Eastern philosophies?

Living in the Western world, I feel like I've had such little opportunity to learn about the deep wellspring of wisdom present in at least historical India, China, & Japan. I have often tried to understand things from a Western standpoint, largely analyzing things, breaking them down, moving forward at incremental speed towards understanding, sometimes rejecting or being biased towards more spiritualistic thinking or quite different epistemologies than those present in the West.

I want to learn however I can, but I especially would love to learn from people who are wise & good teachers today who have an online presence!

If you are interested at all in engaging in this adventure with me as well, feel free to contact me.

Visit any Buddhist monastery Hindu temple. They actually are in many states. They are not easy to find though. I do happen to know a few in California.

@Winterwanderer Here you go: universal unitarian is world wide! They even have a wicca branch which is how I know about them.

Must say if they can't help directly, they likely know where you can find them.
