Do electric toothbrushes really clean your teeth better than traditional ones?

If you get one like an oral b with a small round head yes, the important thing is to angle it 45° at the margin of gum and tooth, hold it and let the brush do it's work, and guide it around the mouth as opposed to scrubbing. If you scrub you'll cause your gums to get sore and they will receed unfortunately you can't regrow gum do be careful... read the instructions in the pamphlet if I don't make sense...good luck...
