How long can I make a phone last if I only have 1.14 GB of storage on it?

I don't plan to download many more apps (definitely not any big gaming apps), I don't think I'll have to download any pdf's, and as soon as I see my photo gallery building up, I'll transfer the photos to my Google drive instead.
EDIT: I just realized there was an app I can live without, so now I have 1.22 GB of REMAINING space on my phone.

Maybe I should clarify. This is the amount of REMAINING space.

You need more space imho. Get an OTG drive to put on yor keychain.

@Halcyon: I'm not very familiar with what an OTG drive is, but I'll look into that.

This would be for a newer phone using usb type C

@Halcyon: Cool! I'll keep that in mind. That could help me keep my phone last a little longer

If your phone is older you'll need a micro usb otg drive not the one I sent you. More like this one.

Well, now I'm wondering if OTG would even be needed. It says it's to transfer files, but I can do that by emailing my photos to myself (photos are my only files) and then deleting them off my phone after I save them to my google drive.

True but what if you needed to move something larger than your email could handle or if you aren't near wifi? It's not for everyone, it was just a thought. ;)
