Yes. If the ISS has a 3D printer, it would be equipped with the material for making things.
My son-in-law has one of those. It comes with a coil of grey wire-like material that feeds into it and gets formed into whatever. I do not know what the material is made out of, however.

If only they figure out how to use the 3-D printer that was sent to the ISS in 2014.
