Restaurants that offer a variety of main courses with no salt or sugar added.

Just place saltshakers on the tables for people who wish to use them, or offer packets of salt the way In-and-Out Burger does.

@DrWatson Sprinkling salt on some foods after they are cooked make the texture seem gritty.
