What makes us like people that don't like us back?

For me it was hopes and dreams just hoping and dreaming that one day someone would be able to see past my ref exterior and see me for the heart and soul that I really am inside and the love that I had to give but unfortunately the world is breaking me down from that idea

I pick self torture....and I'm surprised that only one other person picked it...when, in fact, that's exactly what it is.
