Can't a country launch missile towards Kremlin like maybe 200 - 300 missiles at the same time?

Do they ever think about it? Why or why not?

They have missile defence systems and nukes. That could end very very badly.

@SW-User But then, that is why 200-300 missiles back to back before anyone understands what is happening.

@TheOrionbeltseeker The radar and other warning systems are to good and will give the Russians more then enough time to launch their own. And that's only when their not on alert, which they are now. Missiles is not the answer.
