Speed on my phone

I have 2 mobiles which has been a Godsend since lockdown.

One of them is slow and sometimes says 'not responding'.
I have gone to apps and cleared caches.

Advice welcome.

I also buy 3 jumpers if I like them so I can wear them and I am wearing clean clothes.
