Vizio TV not working? help

had it 8+ years (which could be the problem)

the tv says no signal.

i cannot change the channel with the tv buttons
i cannot change channel with remote.

volume, menu butttons all work...

What is your signal source (cable, antenna, satellite) and do you have the original Vizio remote?

@iamnikki Try doing a channel scan. If that don't work try Vizio customer support@ 1 (844) 254-8087.

I've used them several times and were very helpful.
