ATT customer service sucks

They ask you those security questions,
yet I can't log in and you aren't asking for them....

Sat on the phone with the customer service man who had me go in circles for 20 minutes.
Transferred me to digital support and I accidentally hung up.

Now Im waiting again..

Gotta love technology, it's so smart it's dumb!
