lo li love chickadee T-rex but at this stage we don't have good reason to believe it was feathered to that degree.
We know at least several parts of it's body were scaly and an animal that size would likely overheat if it were covered in feathers.

Chickadee t-rex is hilariously awesome. I'm reminded of the scene in "a bugs life" with the bird of doom.
